The Go Direct program is priced according to the fact that you leave the course with an extensive set of legal forms and paperwork that Rick has personally created with his lawyers and uses everyday in his own business transactions. Go Direct Entry Requirements

The course is unique and does require a complete shift in thinking as the strategies you will learn are unlike anything you will have ever previously experienced. For this reason, there are entry requirements for the GO Direct course:

You need to have completed some property programs in order to have a basic understanding of Rick’s concepts and terminology before you can successfully apply for the Go Direct course.
You will conduct a short interview with Rick Otton to assess your current property knowledge
The program requires you to be available for five weekends of intensive training sessions, every eight weeks.

Exit strategies
Specialized strategies to buy and sell houses with little or no money
Human psychology of buying and selling
Property marketing and advertising tactics

On Saturday I took some time out to reflect on the day and the many numerous discussions with co-masters.
